5. Intellectual Property and Ownership

Your Ownership: All original output generated through our Service, including the lyrics and audio of your personalized song, is owned by you, the user, upon successful payment and delivery. You are granted a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content in any media.

Our Rights: The Service itself, including its underlying platform, including its features and functionalities, remains the property of One Special Song. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property.

6. Payment and Refunds

• Pricing: The price for a personalized song is a fixed $69 USD, as displayed on our website.
• Upfront Payment: Payment is required in full before you can begin the song personalization process.
• No Free Trials or Previews: We do not offer free trials or song previews before purchase.
• Refunds: Due to the personalized nature of our service and the resources expended in generating your song, all sales are final. However, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your song, please contact us, and we will work with you to make revisions until it meets your expectations, within reasonable limits.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. While we strive for timely delivery, song generation times may vary.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, One Special Song shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (c) any content obtained from the Service; and (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
